About Us

The 4444 social movement aims to sweeten human well-being radically and utilizes a fragrance-based marker to gauge progress transparently. Through education and action programs, it intends to revolutionize several aspects of life, including the economy.

A sweet-smelling clay, one day in the bath, was handed me by a beloved.
I asked (the clay): “Are you musk or ambergris?
Since your delicious scent intoxicates me.”
It replied: “I heard I was a worthless mud;
Yet, I mingled with a flower for a while;
The excellence of my companion affected me;
Or else, I am the same dirt which I am.”

Our Vision

A world where everybody exudes a pleasant fragrance naturally.

Humanity is going to require a substantially new way of thinking if it is to survive.

Our Mission

To empower people to monitor and enhance their natural scent by modifying the factors that affect it.

We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.

Our Approach

Together, we can create tools to optimize policy tradeoffs tailored to local communities’ requirements and align with 4444’s mission. This approach ultimately aids in developing and improving different types of capital, such as human, cultural, and social.

Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind.

Our Strategy

With over a decade of transdisciplinary research, our strategy involves applying scientific knowledge and methods to decode sacred texts and using ancient mystical concepts as a springboard for innovation, enabling us to surpass some of the current scientific limitations.

Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value. He is considered successful in our day who gets more out of life than he puts in. But a man of value will give more than he receives.

Our Values

HONESTY

Being honest means being truthful in all words and actions. It goes beyond avoiding lies and involves telling the complete truth, even if challenging.

INTEGRITY

Integrity is about making ethical decisions, even when it's difficult or against popular opinion. It means sticking to your principles and goals with consistency and reliability.

QUALITY

At our organization, quality means putting in our best effort and constantly working to improve how we serve our partners, and it requires us to subordinate our financial interests.

GOOD CITIZENSHIP

Being a good citizen means knowing our responsibilities and respecting applicable norms and regulations. Our organization is committed to creating a transparent environment free of corruption, and we never offer bribes or use illegal methods to influence people's decisions.

LEADERSHIP

As a leader, it's essential to assist others without taking on the role of the ultimate decision-maker. We encourage people to trust their intuition and continuously use it as a frame of reference instead of blindly relying on us. We can work together to reduce corruption and create a brighter future by asking critical questions.

RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibility calls on us to accept the obligation to act in a manner considering all of the values mentioned herein. As an organization, we recognize that we will be held accountable for our actions and fully accept the consequences of our steps. Admitting to mistakes, for us, is a sign of strength.

EMPATHY

Empathy is the ability to comprehend others' predicament and to strive to associate with their feelings emotionally and physically. Given our biased minds, we must continuously remind ourselves to give people the benefit of the doubt when observing their behavior. Akin to a dynamic mirror, we aim to bring out the best in others and help them be their authentic selves.

NEGOTIATION

Our approach is focused on finding solutions that can reconcile polarizing differences by exploring creative options that are compatible or complementary. To resolve disputes, we recommend using objective criteria and reasonable standards, and we aim to tackle the problems, not the people involved.

FAIRNESS

We aim to treat others with dignity and ensure that they are treated better than we would like to be treated. This means behaving ethically towards every person by applying good moral standards to decisions that affect them. Justice also governs how we treat other organizations and manage relationships in the workplace.

INNOVATION

We promote the importance of ongoing education and seeking new ideas, technologies, and ways of working and interacting. We are fearless in sharing our innovations, even if it means facing criticism or opposition.

EDUCATION

Learning from mistakes is essential to our educational qualification, and trial and error are fundamental to our progress. It requires us to provide a safe environment for people's fears, concerns, and vulnerabilities, where people work with passion and not stress.

TRUST

Trust is built on genuine caring for each other without expecting to receive anything from the same person. Assisting each other harmoniously and respectfully enables our work to prosper.

SUCCESS

We believe that success means improving ourselves each day. Collaboration is essential, but we don't seek to compete or be ranked.

ESTEEM

We value receiving honest feedback and constructive criticism about ourselves, as it helps us improve and grow positively with greater optimism.

PRIVACY

At our organization, we prioritize our partners' privacy and take responsibility for handling their information with the utmost discretion.

RESPECT

Showing respect means appreciating and honoring each person, even if we might not genuinely feel it. We must create a platform where people are treated fairly and observe obligations under the applicable law and the organization's policy.

DIVERSITY

We understand that not everyone shares our values. Enforcing a single ethical principle can suppress personal morality, limit the acceptance of diverse cultural perspectives, and hinder progress in social and economic development.

POSITIVITY

We strive to lead with urgency, free from prejudice or politics. Our fulfillment comes from doing great work and enjoying the process.
